   These are straight, white, may contain a slight amount of sugar but these are usually clear, no grain run-off and a beautiful straight spine. These average about 8-10 growth rings per inch but never less than 8 and may run as high as 12+ to the inch -- nice. Basically these are our AAA Excellent grade with fewer rings.
