   At the back of the property there's approximately 350 feet of canal frontage with access to Turnbull Bay, Spruce Creek and the Intercoastal. Joe decided to take advantage and built 1,500 square feet of pool deck with walkway out to the dock and bridge which also connects to their island. Next adventure, Joe plans on clearing the island of the over-growth. And to think, this all started one morning with Russ cutting down a small tree along the canal! The canal is loaded with tons of mullets and other species such as Reds, Flounder, Sea Trout, Snapper and Snook. It's good fishing. |
