  I just have to comment on this one! People today are so much more ignorant than yesterday. Today, so many text that they forgot how to communicate with their mouth. I go through this each and every day when people phone us and they can't get the words out. It's disgusting. I have no patience for morons and I just hang up; they then call back and even have a hard time asking why did you hang up on me. I tell them to email me and hang up on them again. Then, they email me which is equally as unintelligible where I then email them back and tell them that they're an idiot. Hopefully at this point they'll go away. My position is that if you cannot communicate in a semi intelligent manner then you don't deserve our attention nor the discounts we afford everyone. |
